The discount code is not visible or applied to the cart

It is possible that customers add a bundle offer to their cart, enter the cart page but don't see the discount on the cart page.

Don't panic! This incident may happen because some themes don't recognize the discount on the cart page. But you don't have to worry about the discount being applied on the checkout process.
